Date-based subfolders

Inside each category, files are organised into year and month subfolders based on creation or modification date.

Folder archiving

Pre-existing subfolders are kept untouched and moved to a dedicated "Preexisting Folders" directory.

Duplicate-safe

Files are never overwritten. Name collisions are resolved automatically — photo_1.jpg, photo_2.jpg…
